In Sweden gnomes are a really big thing. It’s a part of our culture and whenever I think about gnomes I get all cosy inside. So when I read about this book “Gnomes” by Wil Huygen on one of my fave Swedish blogs, I got all nostalgic and excited and knew I had to get this one for my kids! It’s about the life of gnomes, what they do, eat and make and has tons of superbe illustrations to explain it all. So I searched through amazon etc and finally found one. It’s kinda hard to get your hands on so I’m really pleased, it’s coming on Wednesday, yaj! You can order yours here.
En Suède, comme vous pouvez imaginer, les gnomes ont un grand importance. Ils font parti de notre culture, c’est un symbole de la forêt, de noël et aussi le respect pour la nature. Quand j’y pense ou en vois ça me rend tout cosy en intérieur et je pense à mon enfance… Donc quand j’ai vu cette blogueuse suédoise en parler du livre “Les Gnomes” de Wil Huygen, j’ai directement cherché sur Amazon jusqu’à en trouver un (pas facile vu qu’il est plus édité) et maintenant j’ai hâte de le recevoir et pouvoir commencer lire avec les enfants!
